Welcome to the Personal Fundraising Page of Connie Cardinalli

In memory of my husband, Rusty, who we lost to suicide on August 15, 2004. I dedicate this walk to our amazing children (Monique, Robert and Savannah) for their strength and support.

The Out of the Darkness Overnight Experience is a 20-mile walk over the course of one night. The goal of this journey is to raise funds for suicide research, prevention and to help provide support to the families, friends and loved ones of those who die by suicide. With the hope that the stigma surrounding suicide and its causes can also be erased. I know from my own experience that the lost of a loved one to suicide is devastating and it effects so many more lives than any of us truly realize. Myself and the several other thousands that I will join in this walk will all have our own reasons and stories, and we will walk for those we love and lost. We are all survivors walking towards a common goal.

Now all you need to do is take the next step and support this cause which is so close to our hearts. Give big, give small, just to show us you care. Please support me as I take an amazing journey. Net proceeds benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, funding research, education, and awareness programs - both to prevent suicide and to assist those affected by suicide.

Thank you for all your love and support.
Connie
