A common concern while I was growing up through daily pressures, peer pressure, family pressure, society pressure that I was too busy not realizing what my own concerns were.

For a long time, people knew me as this happy, friendly and social person but I never realized that I was depressed until recent. I have been fortunate to come across others that have/had experience similar concerns and I'm here to support the cause. No one is alone!

Please support me with your donation with whatever amount you can afford or please join in the 20-mile walk for Team June on Saturday, July 22-23,2006.

(It was almost going to be named, "Team Food" because always talking about food so the next best thing is to show me eating.)

The Out of the Darkness Overnight Experience is a 20-mile walk over the course of one night. Net proceeds benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, funding research, education, and awareness programs – both to prevent suicide and to assist those affected by suicide.

We will start our walk about 8PM, Saturday July 22nd and end about 6AM Sunday, July 23rd. Wish us luck!
