Thank you for visiting my page! Whether you have personally been affected by depression, mood disorders or the suicide of someone you love, or would just like to support the cause, I thank you for joining with me through your support. Your contribution is very much appreciated and will make a difference.

The Out of the Darkness Overnight Experience is a 18-mile walk over the course of one night. Donations will benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's funding of research, education and awareness programs – both to prevent suicide and to assist those affected by suicide.

Every minute someone attempts suicide, and every 16 minutes someone dies by suicide. Let's be a part of something great that will help those who are suffering.
