PARKING

Driving and Parking at Nickerson Field

It is strongly recommended that you use a combination of MBTA public transportation and ride share or a cab to get to and from Boston University’s Nickerson Field. Nickerson Field is one block from the Green Line B Train, BU West Campus stop, which will be the easiest way to arrive. The T trains stop running at approximately 1:00 a.m., which is when we recommend using ride shares or a cab.

If you do need to drive, please leave ample time to get into the city. There is a 4:05 p.m. Red Sox game on Saturday, and there are also two Cirque du Soleil shows at the Agganis Arena (next to Nickerson Field). Traffic will be heavy, and there will likely be detours and closures around Kenmore Square and in front of the Arena.

We will post additional travel and parking information as it becomes available and all details will be available in the Guide to the Overnight.

FUNDRAISING

Tips and Fundraising Challenges

Fundraising Tools

Use these tools to get started with your fundraising:

Delayed Donation Program

If you haven't reached the fundraising minimum by the day of the Overnight, our delayed donation program is available for you at Check-In. Use your credit card to make a self-pledge plan of equal monthly payments (one donation a month) beginning 4 weeks after the Overnight. During this time your fundraising page will remain active and you can continue to fundraise towards your minimum. If you reach your minimum, any remaining payments can be cancelled by notifying us at 888-843-6837.

CHECKLIST

What to bring, where to go, where to stay.

E-ticket

Sent via email the Monday before the event, these tickets verify your fundraising total and fundraising credits. Keep your eye out for it as we get closer to The Overnight.

Offline Donations

All check donations you receive can be mailed to our office in New York and will appear on your fundraising page. Keep in mind, donations can take up to 6 weeks to appear on your page. Print an offline donation form for each check.

To guarantee that donations are entered properly, make sure that you have one form for each check. Remember, we cannot accept cash donations.

Commemorative Pin

Every Walker that checks into the Overnight will receive a pin to commemorate their Overnight journey. Check back here as we get closer to the Overnight for a sneak peek.
